poor service lack of discounts

the staff was amazing. arik and iluh at the pool really looked after us. the hotel was very clean. rooms got serviced everyday.

the front desk customer service was terrible. i asked about discounts for dining and the spa because i booked two rooms.

The resort staff was really good. Everyone, from the reception to the restaurant team, was professional. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness. I also found the yoga classes and diving team convenient.

I felt underwhelmed by the front desk customer service (the two men specifically). I also requested help to order some items, but they refused. Such replies were not helpful (i was very charmed before this moment).

Excellent Resort Experience

excellent design friendly staff

The resort design was excellent and the grounds were beautiful. i found the ramp in the lobby area helpful. breakfast included a great buffet and individual eggs and omelettes. The staff was friendly. i really appreciated the gamelan duo.

i was not informed of this work prior to my arrival. this was hugely disappointing since i paid to stay in a beach resort.

The staff was friendly, responsive and always smiling. room service responses were excellent. Staff spoke english and successfully addressed allergies. maintenance responded promptly and efficiently to fix the hot water issue. This was amazing!!!

the room was very spacious and well-designed. i found the indoor spa bath and shower facilities fantastic. the bar fridge was well stocked and replenished daily. there was a golf buggy for transport to and from the villa with luggage.
