Excellent Resort Experience

excellent designfriendly staff

The resort design was excellent and the grounds were beautiful. i found the ramp in the lobby area helpful. breakfast included a great buffet and individual eggs and omelettes. The staff was great. i really appreciated the gamelan duo.

i was not informed of this work prior to my arrival. this was hugely disappointing since i paid to stay in a beach resort.

The staff was friendly, responsive and always smiling. room service responses were excellent. Staff spoke english and successfully addressed allergies. maintenance responded promptly and efficiently to fix the hot water issue. This was amazing!!!

the room was very spacious and well-designed. i found the indoor spa bath and shower facilities fantastic. the bar fridge was well stocked and replenished daily. there was a golf buggy for transport to and from the villa with luggage.
